Melbourne Trip

I flew down to Melbourne for 3 days to visit mCorp Property Sourcing to arrange to view some apartments for investment. It was quite an experience. This is my first ever interstate property investment deal. I put an offer in for a 2 bedroom apartment in Northcote which is a northern suburb 4km from Melbourne CBD. So am waiting to hear back from the agent soon.

After that, it was a day of sight seeing in the CBD and also to visit all the hiking and camping place in Little Bourke St to get a pair of water proofed hiking boots for my Antarctica trip. Found a pair of Salomon hiking boots for a special price of $129 which normally retail for $329. Bargain!!!!!!!

Then it was off to find the infamous "Koko Black" cafe which serves anything chocolate. The melted hot chocolate drink was ......DIVINE!!!!!!

Caught up with Brad senior and junior - dad and son team which I met at the South America trip earlier in Febuary. It was great to see my 'toy boy' again. I really missed him and in the space of 4 months, he has grown almost a head taller than me. Either that or I am shrinking rapidly.
Also caught up with Abby, who joined us at Rio de Janiero earlier this year. We had teppanyaki at Chinatown and what a crackup with flying bowls, being bombed by omelets and fried rice. What a reunion night!!!!!
Then it was off to desserts at a favourite waffle joint of Bradley junior. We ate and ate until we had tummy ache. We are pigs...both myself and Bradley but boy did we enjoyed ourselves!!!!

I love Melbourne and it is a city that I will return to again and again.
