Mind Garden

I have been collecting art prints by Sofan Chan. She is an artist residing in Sydney. I came across her works when she and her husband had a stand at the Conscious Living Expo 2003. Since then I have been acquring her artworks from time to time. This is called "Mind Garden" and I would like to share the poem with you written by Sofan herself.

Your mind is a garden,
Your thoughts are the seeds.
You can grow flowers,
Or you can grow weeds.

Turn you mind into a garden where you can plant seeds that turn into laughter, joy, love and happiness
