Xmas Eve

Xmas Eve was spent eating and more eating and dozing and taking photos of my photogenic babies. After gorging ourselves with junk food that wasn't really good for us (but hey it is Xmas Eve and only comes once a year...so it is allowed). We were all relaxing in the garden sated and happy and being playful. Zack is such a show-pony....absolutely loves his photos taken and boy can he pose!!!!! It there is a Doggies Pin Up calender he will be in it!!!!

This Xmas at least we all together. Last year I was stuck on a Drilling Rig out in the Timor Sea off Darwin during Xmas and New Year. Plus I have been away alot this year for travelling and seminars and the babies really appreciate the time we spend together as a family. So cheers and Merry Xmas to all and don't eat too much!!!!!!!

Doris came over today to help me take photos of me and the babies so I can send a e-xmas card to everyone. It took a while and quite alot of pics to get just a few great shots. Its true what they say about working with children and animals...it damn hard!!!!!! Believe me its all true!!!!! Trying to get all 3 to pose and look at the camera....almost a miracle. I finally have 3 of the best to send as e-cards. What do you think????

Pingu the penguin

Meet Pingu the penguin. He is the newest addition to the family. He was sent as a Xmas present to me from Leanne's daughters Meg and Grace. He and Princess Magic will be accompanying me to my next adventure to Antarctica. A bear and a penguin....hey what more do a girl want!!!!!!

You can see the girls ( Sabre and Maya) looking so angelic when their photos are being taken with Pingu (luckily they didn't licked him to death or have a tug of war session between themselves with him). Zack is such a typical male.....in the end he is just bored with the whole thing. Look at his face!!!!! Hmmmm....hurry up mum, just take the damn pictures and feed me cos I am soooooo....hungry. Yep he does look like a starving marvin doesn't he????

With the Kama Sutra Under my Arm

I read this book earlier on the year to gain some insights to India before my anticipated trip. It was a damn good book. After my trip to India, I picked up this book again and started reading and now I can understand all the emotions and thoughts of the author and and really relate this to my own personal experiences. All the monuments, places and the emotions that Trisha felt and talked about made sense. I laughed about the antics of the locals and also their driver getting lost as this happened to me and Leanne one day in Delhi as our driver hasn't a clue where he was going and after passing India Gate for the 4th time in a roll, I knew this driver was a dud!!!!!!! Hahaha it was frustrating at the time as we had planned to do alot that day but looking back now it was an EXPERIENCE!!! That's what life is all about!!!!!.

I recommend this book to anyone and apparantly there is another one in market called "The Holy Cow" and I will get this soon and have a read.
